When Should you Pursue Credits & Incentives?
Credits and incentives are highly time sensitive. Because credits and incentives are designed to encourage specific activities, they generally must be secured before your client publicly commits to a project. If your clients are considering any of these business decisions, let’s talk:
- Adding Jobs
- Purchasing Equipment
- Buying, Leasing, or Building a Facility
- Acquiring Another Business
- Relocating Operations

McGuire Sponsel worked with El Toro to complete the necessary compliance work to activate the incentive package and pull up to $750,000/year back into the company In addition to the compliance work, McGuire Sponsel advised El Toro on the appropriate tax mechanism – payroll wage withholding – to realize the value of the incentive package.
