Roberts Glass & Service is an Indianapolis based contract glazing, interior build-out, and glass repair company. Roberts Glass fabricates and installs a variety of glass and aluminum panel systems for both interior and exterior applications in commercial and industrial clients. Roberts Glass also provides support services for emergency and regular maintenance contract work.

Roberts Glass was founded in 1990 and has steadily grown in the Indianapolis and surrounding markets. With a recent transition into a new leased space, the company was poised to grow its employment base and take on additional market opportunities. Roberts needed to hire skilled glazing workers or have the resources to train up new employees in the trade.

Indiana State Incentives

Roberts Glass hired McGuire Sponsel to negotiate and procure economic incentives on their behalf in support of the company’s considered growth. McGuire Sponsel negotiated and worked with the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) to procure tax credits and incentives to assist with the expanded operation and employment in Indiana. The company, with the guidance and collaboration of McGuire Sponsel’s Credits and Incentives team, requested and received EDGE tax credits from the State of Indiana. These incentives will assist the company’s growth plans as they plan to employ up to 25 additional employees. McGuire Sponsel is also assisting the company with the pursuit of training grants to support their employment efforts.
