North Mechanical has been serving companies around Indiana for nearly 40 years. Major clients and projects include: the Indianapolis International Airport, Indianapolis Museum of Art, Franciscan Health, Purdue University, Steel Dynamics, and more. With the economy continuing to do well, North Mechanical needed to increase its employee headcount to meet growing demands.

In doing so, North America hired McGuire Sponsel to negotiate and procure economic incentives on their behalf in support of the company’s considered growth. McGuire Sponsel negotiated and worked with the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) to procure tax credits and incentives to assist with the expanded operation and employment in Indiana. The company, with the guidance and collaboration of McGuire Sponsel’s Credits & Incentives team, requested and received EDGE tax credits from the State of Indiana. These incentives will assist the company’s growth plans as they plan to employ up to 150+ additional employees.
