GadellNet made the decision to expand to Denver, Colorado in 2021, adding to their current office locations in St. Louis and Indianapolis, Indiana. With the new Denver location, the company plans to add 56 new full-time employees. GadellNet is no stranger to the benefits of tax credits and incentives for growth projects. McGuire Sponsel assisted with procuring incentives for GadellNet’s Indianapolis expansion project. GadellNet looked again to McGuire Sponsel for assistance as they considered the Denver office location. McGuire Sponsel negotiated and procured economic incentives on their behalf, working with the Colorado Office of Economic Development & International Trade (OEDIT). As a result, GadellNet, with the guidance and collaboration of McGuire Sponsel’s Credits and Incentives team, requested and received a Job Growth Incentive Tax Credit (JGITC) in the state of Colorado.
