Alliance RV is a fifth wheel, tow-able recreational vehicle manufacturing company based in Elkhart, Indiana. Though Alliance was just founded in 2019, they already employ over 275 people, and have major plans for expansion. Founded by two brothers with over 26 years of RV experience, the company thrives on industry knowledge, innovation, and collaboration.

Alliance RV plans to invest $33 million into its 110-acre campus in Elkhart. The new investment will provide room for substantial growth in its manufacturing capabilities. Alliance RV looked to McGuire Sponsel for assistance as they considered the Elkhart location expansion. McGuire Sponsel negotiated and procured economic incentives on Alliance’s behalf in support of the company’s new growth project. Working with the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC), McGuire Sponsel assisted with securing tax credits from two different state incentive programs. They were granted both an Economic Development for a Growing Economy (EDGE) tax credit, and a Hoosier Business Incentive (HBI) credit in the state of Indiana. McGuire Sponsel also worked with the Economic Development Corporation of Elkhart County and the city of Elkhart to receive a local property tax abatement for Alliance RV. These incentives will help to achieve labor growth through capital investment by an additional 650 new full-time employees.
