The Vision

The firm’s rapid growth meant both offices were ready for an upgrade. First, we were simply out of space. The firm has more than tripled headcount since 2017 and we needed more space to meet team needs. We also wanted to ensure the offices emphasized our culture and the working style of our teams. The vision was to build a modern, tailored, and timeless space that enabled our teams to interact with one another and continue to dynamically serve our clients.

The Process

Leadership engaged design partners to bring the firm’s vision to life. All worked closely to discuss the needs of our existing employees with an eye toward future growth. The team had the challenge of blending new and existing furniture and provide workstations that met the varying preferences of our employees. The outcome was a plan that maximized the transformation of our offices and makes a strong statement to our current and future employees as well as our alliance partners and clients.

The Space

In Indianapolis, we expanded to occupy the entire floor. The office building itself also recently underwent a major renovation including amenities like new meeting spaces, cafes, and a high-end fitness center. In Atlanta, the team relocated to an entirely new office building that is larger with an open concept, and in proximity to The Battery and other Atlanta hot spots.

The Design

The design team understood our functionality and desire for spaces that make employees excited to be in office. It was important for the space to feel inviting so employees can feel comfortable while offering a high-end meeting experience for clients who spend time with us in-office. Our offices showcase the pride of our firm and reinforce our strong foundation that continues to scale alongside our clients and partners.

Indianapolis and Atlanta Offices

The images throughout this post feature our Indianapolis office. Both Indianapolis and Atlanta offices were designed in tandem, so the offices offer a consistent experience for our teams and clients despite which office you visit.

The Team

Thank you to our design partners for their vision and execution of these exciting projects. Finally, thank you to our firm administrator, Cindy Ritchie, who played an essential role in managing this project on behalf of both offices. We are grateful for her guidance, patience, and hard work over the last year to make it all possible!
