Acquisition of Align Global Consulting brings deep international expertise to specialty tax consulting firm
Indianapolis – McGuire Sponsel, a specialty tax consulting firm with clients throughout the United States, today announced its acquisition of Align Global Consulting, a leading international tax firm based in Raleigh, N.C.

A 20-year industry expert, King counsels clients on international corporate structuring for both outbound operations of U.S. multinationals and inbound operations of foreign multinationals.
