Professional Goals:
My professional goals are to continuously look for opportunities to improve the value of our services for clients, along with continuing to develop my leadership and communication skills as a member of the growing McGuire Sponsel team.
Personal Goals of 2019:
One of my personal goals is to visit at least one new place (US or international) each year to experience the diverse people, historical sites, natural beauty, and of course to sample the local cuisines. My destination for 2019 is Iceland.
How did I land at McGuire Sponsel:
I studied Chemical Engineering at Purdue and was looking for more of a non-traditional engineering job after graduation in May of 2016. I came in to McGuire Sponsel for my interview and thought the R&E Tax Consultant position would be a great opportunity to use my technical experience and to expand my knowledge in the business/accounting world. I started at McGuire Sponsel in June of 2016 as a Tax Consultant in our R&E department and have enjoyed being a part of team and seeing the company grow!
Family:
I have two younger sisters, Emily (18) will be at Mizzou in the fall and Jessica (22) lives in Omaha, Nebraska. My roommate and I have a dog, Penny, that lives with us in Indianapolis.

Being an athlete and sports fan, I have heard this quote many times. It’s a good reminder that you can’t succeed without trying, and was also said by a former STL Blues player, which makes it even better.
Unique Fact about myself:
I was a 3-sport athlete in high school; I played volleyball, basketball, and soccer all four years.
