Mike Hidde serves as a Senior Manager in McGuire Sponsel’s Fixed Assets practice, where he oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm’s cost segregation projects. He ensures that site visits and deliverables move efficiently through each stage, maintaining both accuracy and timely turnaround for clients.
Mike is known for his steady leadership and people-focused approach, helping his team perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment. He takes pride in mentoring others and supporting their growth within the firm.
Before joining McGuire Sponsel, Mike worked in education and sales, teaching middle school and later working in automotive sales. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.
Based in Indianapolis, Michael enjoys golfing and spending time with his kids and family.
