Michelle Morgan is a Relationship Manager at McGuire Sponsel, where she focuses on building, maintaining, and growing long-term partnerships that support both client success and firm growth. With a passion for collaboration, she works closely with internal teams to ensure every partner experience is meaningful and impactful.
Michelle brings a diverse background in business development and relationship management, with experience spanning the specialty tax and wine and spirits industries. Her ability to forge lasting connections and drive results has made her a trusted partner in every role she’s held. What drives her most is helping others succeed—whether it’s clients, colleagues, or partners.
Prior to joining McGuire Sponsel, Michelle served as Business Development Director for a boutique tax firm and held relationship and territory management roles in the spirits industry. She is also an active member of Provisors, serving on the Executive Committee and as Assistant GLA for the Women’s Affinity Group in Denver (2022–2025).
Based in Denver, she enjoys camping, fishing, hiking, golfing, and wine tasting in her free time.
