BIO
Brian Szymanski is a manager of McGuire Sponsel’s Location Advisory Services, where he helps clients nationwide identify and secure economic development incentive opportunities. His work includes supporting site selection decisions through comparative analysis and uncovering missed or underutilized state credit programs.
Brian is driven by building long-term relationships with clients, economic development officials, and internal stakeholders while advancing business development initiatives. With more than 15 years of experience, he has led economic development projects and statutory credit reviews for Fortune 500 companies and middle-market businesses across the country. While he specializes in manufacturing, distribution, and life sciences, Brian has represented clients across a broad range of industries.
Brian earned a bachelor’s degree with a double major in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. Based in Noblesville, Indiana, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, staying active, traveling, and all things technology related.
