Welcome David Schumm!
ATLANTA – David Schumm joins McGuire Sponsel as a tax consultant, serving the firm’s clients in its Cost Segregation practice.
David will assist clients with cost segregation studies, with a focus on recently purchased or constructed real estate properties in order to maximize depreciation benefits.
“David’s energy and eagerness to learn are a great addition to our team in Atlanta. His unique background in financial analysis adds another dimension to our Cost Segregation team so we can better serve our clients and CPA partners” said McGuire Sponsel Shareholder Dave McGuire.
David graduated from the University of Georgia in 2019 with a degree in Finance and has since used his degree working as an analyst in real estate and business development roles.
“I’m looking forward to the tremendous growth potential, both personally and professionally, at McGuire Sponsel. I hope to continually improve my knowledge and leverage my passion for analysis and improving processes to evolve as a team” said Schumm.
David is an avid baseball fan, and is working his way through visiting every ballpark in the US – 13 down, 17 to go!
