Noah Ober serves as a Manager in McGuire Sponsel’s Fixed Assets practice, overseeing the planning and delivery of cost segregation studies while supporting the firm’s business development efforts. Noah is passionate about proposal development, assisting with pricing and scope, and reviewing assumptions. He also enjoys mentoring team members and supporting their professional growth.
Noah brings experience performing engineering-based analyses across multifamily, manufacturing, office, and retail properties. He is known for his attention to detail, commitment to client service, and ongoing mentorship that reflect the leadership and high standards of excellence valued by McGuire Sponsel.
Noah earned his degree from Ball State University, double majoring in Finance and Risk Management & Insurance, with a minor in Computer Information Systems. Based in Indianapolis, he enjoys golfing, weightlifting, and spending time with friends, family, and his Dachshund.
