BIO
As Chief People Officer at McGuire Sponsel, Kiley oversees the firm’s talent strategy, leading initiatives in training and development, recruitment, culture, and compliance. She is passionate about empowering others and finds the greatest fulfillment in seeing team members grow, overcome challenges, and reach new milestones.
With experience spanning industries such as technology, financial services, logistics, agriculture, and insurance, she brings a diverse perspective to organizational leadership. Before joining McGuire Sponsel, she led her own coaching business focused on high-performance development and held leadership roles in both the corporate and nonprofit sectors.
Kiley holds a bachelor’s degree in Policy Analysis from Indiana University Bloomington and a master’s degree in Organizational Design from the University of Indianapolis.
Based in Carmel, Indiana, she enjoys working out, spending time with her family (and two spirited French bulldogs), reading, and enjoying the outdoors—especially when the weather cooperates.
