As Marketing Manager at McGuire Sponsel, Kayci leads the firm’s marketing operations, bridging strategy and execution across campaigns, digital initiatives, and core processes. She is passionate about designing and implementing scalable marketing systems that drive consistency, efficiency, and growth. She thrives on guiding projects from ideation through execution to measurable impact.
With more than a decade of experience across industries, including global animal health, specialty oil, and SaaS, Kayci brings a proven track record of blending creative thinking with data-driven strategy. Before joining McGuire Sponsel, she held roles in growth marketing, brand management, and event marketing, where she partnered closely with cross-functional teams to build integrated, results-oriented programs.
Kayci holds a bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Convention, and Event Management from Indiana University. She also serves as the Signature Events Director of Women & Hi Tech, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the professional growth of women in STEM industries. Based in Greenwood, Indiana, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, hiking, painting, listening to audiobooks, and spending time with her family and friends.
