BIO
Chelsea Carr is a Senior Manager and Recruiting Coordinator for the firm. She joined McGuire Sponsel in December 2012 as a tax consultant, conducting fieldwork and preparing R&D Tax Credit calculations and technical narratives. She has served as a strong conduit partnering with clients to add tremendous value by maximizing state and federal tax credits.

In her nearly 10 years with the firm, she has had a front row seat to the firm’s grow and expansion of our practice lines. With this experience, she has a deep understanding of what it takes to be successful and McGuire Sponsel and is positioned to translate the opportunities our firm offers to potential candidates. In additional to her role as a Senior Manager, she also manages firm recruiting ensuring staff is well aligned with the firm’s culture and goals.

Carr has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Butler University.
