Dave joined E&M in 2000. Dave’s cost segregation experience includes performing studies for office buildings, medical offices, supermarkets, major shopping centers, manufacturing plants, apartments, hotels, athletic clubs, golf courses, nursing homes, daycare centers, automobile dealerships, and banks. Dave has successfully defended his studies with the IRS. Responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, production and training, he has developed and manages a team of associate cost segregation professionals. Dave has structured and negotiated hundreds of cost segregation proposals, building partnerships and strategic alliances with major CPA firms nationwide.
