  • Manage office reception
  • Track and report on expenditures
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Be the local office point person for IT
  • Be the local point person for Angus work order system
  • Understand firm benefits and be able to assist
  • Understand all conference systems
  • Understand and manage the telephone system and set-up new hires
  • Understand and manage scheduling, including firm car and conference rooms
  • Arrange and manage travel schedules
  • Manage office time and expense software platform
  • Manage fee shares
  • Manage client gift shipping
  • Manage inventory and submission of annual Cobb County property tax
  • Manage distribution of CPE certificates
  • Plan firm events, including lunches
  • Assist other personnel in office as needed


  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to juggle projects with superb accuracy
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 2+ years administrative support experience a plus
