McGuire Sponsel Procures $420,000 in Incentives for EduSource

McGuire Sponsel partnered with EduSource, a rapidly growing software firm, to help them select an ideal location for growth while securing valuable state and local economic incentives.  The client planned a 10,000 square foot headquarters expansion that called for the creation of 30 additional jobs over the next three years.  McGuire Sponsel was engaged to assist in evaluating multiple site location scenarios.  During the site selection process, McGuire Sponsel led discussions with local economic developers and the IEDC, procuring $420,000 in job creation tax credits and workforce training grants in support of the firm’s eventual decision to expand in Central Indiana.
