The firm continues to grow as McGuire Sponsel welcomes two new staff members to the R&D Tax Credit and Cost Segregation teams. We are pleased to introduce Nic Cullina and AJ Snyder.

Nic Cullina has joined the R&D Tax Credit Practice as a Tax Consultant where we will consultant with clients on their previous tax year’s projects and maximize benefit. Previously working as a general contractor the past eight years, Nic brings his insight and experience to the team. He attended IUPUI and received a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in business.

“I knew I wanted to work in a challenging and cohesive environment that allowed me to use my work experience as well as sharpen my critical thinking skills. McGuire Sponsel was the perfect fit. Here at McGuire Sponsel I hope to learn and hone my analytical skills to provide mutual growth,” states Nic.

Nic resides on the north side of Indianapolis with his wife and two children. He enjoys adventure and traveling and has climbed the second tallest mountain in Ireland.

AJ Snyder joined the firm in the Cost Segregation Practice as an Intern in May 2017. We are pleased to announce he will now be working with the firm as Tax Consultant. AJ spends the majority of his time reclassifying assets and maximizing personal property.

“I look forward to continuing my career at McGuire Sponsel. I’ve developed strong relationships and gained valuable skills in tax and engineering disciplines,” states AJ.

AJ is projected to receive his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Indiana University in December 2017. He is originally from Valparaiso, Indiana, and enjoys physical activity, attending sporting events and traveling with family.

These two new team members are a great addition. As McGuire Sponsel continues to grow, we see these individuals’ personal growth pivotal to the firm’s success. Please join us in welcoming them to the team.
